• 30 days paystub
• Your Debt to income ratio should not be more than 40-50%
• Latest bank statement to show if you have the required percentage of down payment (if you're first time home buyer, you can seek for down payment assistance program if eligible)
The very first essential step before house showing is getting your finance piece sorted out first. Also, due to pandemic, showing guidelines are strict and they only want pre-approved buyers to go through for now.

Unfortunately I don't work with section 8 as it would be done with your social worker.
I do not do rental properties and only do buying and selling.
There are programs offered, but you would have to consult with a lender on your eligibility.
1. Choose a realtor
2. Qualify through a preferred lender
3. Start the home search
4. Once a home is found, realtor will put in an offer for you
5. It will take 30-45 days for a lender to approve
6. Once approved, you will be cleared to close
7. Finally, we can close on the home
The very first step to becoming a realtor is to take all required courses along with passing the national and state exams.
There are two schools that offer those 3 required classes:
1. MN realty school
2. Kaplan
You can do it online or attend it in class.
